Recommendation for connection issue

This is my very upset response for the issue that has not even been broached by the gms in any sense if the manner.... now this is not saying that I am upset with the GMs of the game but I am upset that even in your updated state of the tame post for today that you didnt even say anything in there about the connection issues that have as I can see in the forums affected anyone playing on a notebook with vista.

"alright I can gather that the GMs raher than fixing the issue with the 12th sky installer are ignoring the issue since none of the fixes in the forums have worked or even have any post from any of the gms with anything even in the general post listings within the state of the game update for today... now I havent even played the game and Im really ticked off enough to not try it off the recommendation from multiple players for all levels... please GM's this is a plea to atleast register the issue and let us know if there will be a fix soon so that new players like me will have a chance to try the game before throwing our hands up and saying f&%k this... no offense."

Now with that being said... the origional installer that came out with the download it connected with no issues and did its update... no problems... now this new launcher is not working like it should for vista or even windows 7 users...

Now I do need to say that mabey its not set to work with vista or even windows 7. But I doubt that.... and I will tell you that I have done everything to fix the issue that has been recommended in the forums...

Including
reinstall - 10 times as of an hour ago...
re-download and reinstall - 8 times
anti - virus and windows defender - disabled
firewall - disabled...
router firewall - disabled
and still connection issues...
and restart of launcher to get connected...
over 125 times
so tell me this with me being a new player and still not getting a connection is this technically something that you believe is a good thing... espically when everything has been done to resolve and still not fixed and without anything even being said by the gms that they are sorry about the issue and it is being looked into to try and find a fix... well if you were I then you would be upset... all Im saying is that I am not a slouch when it comes to computer and networking and I have mcse certs for vista and sill no resolution I can even come up to.

All Im asking is that someone from the GM staff registers the issue and atleast looks into it to see where the issue is or I may need to open all the files to see if mabey the issue is with the programing .
